“Inspire them, and they will LEARN!”
Northside's Vision Statement:
The staff and stakeholders of Northside Elementary strive to inspire and empower all learners in a risk- free environment, encouraging goal setting behaviors that lead to continued education through graduation and beyond.
Belief Statements for Northside:
- It is the responsibility of all Northside Elementary to foster a risk- free environment in which students feel safe, successful, ready to learn and empowered to achieve.
- It is the responsibility of all Northside Elementary to empower all students and stakeholders to set and achieve goals, making students successful through high school graduation and beyond.
- It is the responsibility of all Northside Elementary to provide consistency, rituals and routines, opportunities to succeed, encourage parental involvement and support.
- It is the responsibility of all Northside Elementary to strengthen relationships, parental involvement, support, empathy, and foster an open-door policy.
- It is the responsibility of all Northside Elementary to make learning relevant through disclosure of real-life applications to the subject areas and through making students aware of opportunities for success after high school graduation.
